I suggested the same thing to Ron Both and he said, for the most part, the institutions that are invested in UNXL are ones that do not have to sell if a stock drops below $5. He said this after I mentioned that the insider and institutional numbers that I have available have not changed(although they could have changed and updates are slow) and the stock has been going down on relatively low volume and if the institutions were dumping one would think that the volume would be higher. Who knows.
