several of the hurdles facing Unxl such as the abrupt departure of the CEO and CFO, the SEC investigation, the class action investigations, and the production delays. I did not know of Unxl being sued by Carclo Plc, a competitor, for alleged unauthorized use of technology in the development of In Touch. This was a Seeking Alpha article and could be part of the media negativity campaign, not sure. Does anyone have any info or comments regarding this suit?
