In the job description that was posted by DaBoss I read the following:
"and work with internal and external implementation teams in Rochester to take ownership of the plating process"
"This individual will become the process owner for the entire plating process"
"Take ownership for performance after qualification"
"Take ownership of titration lab to assure plating process is kept in control"
It looks like they are using the words owner and ownership to mean responsibility for, but I was wondering why they chose those words. Probably means nothing, but why not just use the words responsibility for?
