What I keep hearing from everyone I talk with.

I have talked with people inside the company, to Analysts and to others on this board that have ties to the company. The consistent story seems to be that Deliveries are delayed because of the inspection equipment.
The equipment is installed but not calibrated. The big mistake Reed and UNXL made was they hired a small company to manufacture the equipment and then they didn't do their planning well to ensure the equipment could be calibrated properly when it arrived. As I understand it the company is small and has limited resources. UNXL isn't a major customer. It isn't like we will be a repeat customer for years to come. So the Engineer is schedule to come calibrate the machine. The question is how fast can he get there. Hopefully it is in a week or 2. However I have heard anything from a couple weeks to late Jan or even Feb. I guess no one knows for sure.
The company produced the InTouch and was planning to have it tested in Minn. Unfortunately, Dell wanted everything working in Lufkin and Rochester so they knew the manufacturing process would be consistent once product started being delivered. So the equipment was sent to Texas and UNXL assumed an engineer could calibrate it when it was installed. That was the second big mistake.
This mistake was likely the reason for Reeds departure. That on top of the fact that Reed is difficult to work for and has been in a power struggle.
Bottom line is this. The process works and InTouch is sitting waiting for testing. The company thinks the product is good and the yield is good. However, they don't know for sure and can't ship until the product is tested. I guess this could be week or a month or 2.
Good and bad here.
Good is it appears the process works properly. If this is true the company will be fine in a month or 2 and this will look like an amazing buying opportunity.
Bad is that in the short term there is nothing that will help the stock price until deliveries or something is said.

All IMO
