Tell Dad he needs to link a bank account to TDA.

I have this set up with Fidelity and the money is availeble to trade in seconds, but penny stocks (like EDIG) takes 3 biz days to settle, yet you can call a rep, ask them to honor the 7.95 fee and place it that same day.

Big board stocks, which includes UNXL via the Naz, is immediately avaible to trade.
