Excellent idea Iam and I like their response. This coupled with the statement by the company after hours pretty much verifies that this latest trick is another manuver by the shorts to keep the price down and to do so on a somewhat large volume day to make their exit easier. It amazes me that the SEC is asleep at the switch with regard to so many much larger incidences and they decide to look into UNXL's contracts based on some short seller insistance. I just hope that the company can surprise the market with a very positive PR and catch the bad guys with their shorts down.
