Any shorting into the after hours market is just mostly more short selling to themselves. Invsestors get it. It's one helluva buying opportunity with news pending.

In fact, it is already moving back up, as few will bite given the history of endless short BS.

The SEC merely wants to review the purchase orders. There are no charges, allegations or claims of any inpropriety in that 8K. Some pain in the arse shareholder or orchestrated shorts have likely bugged the SEC into this move.

Killion was wise to pull the rug out from under the shorts today by handling it as he did.

Next he needs to deliver some good news via a Bullish PR.
