with a partner's US team - SURE INDICATES THAT WE HAVE ANOTHER PARTNER AND THE PARTER is foreign

no other way to read that

there's another partner and it's overseas

also, as we discussed a while ago, the asian marketing job was taken off the site; it was filled i suspect
