The rumor is Kodak is the JV partner. They have facilities for mega film roll outs and could easily be the answer for mass production of UniBoss film. They are soon to emerge from bankruptcy, have over $1 billion in cash, and the pps is around .20. Their shares just ran to over .40 but are back down around .23. Not recommending a buy unless you are a gun slinger, but who knows, could be something to that.

Also hearing INTEL is the ecosystem partner, so anything they can do to combine their efforts with UniBoss platform sensors and their customer base could become UNXL's....which offers a wide array of product lines, world wide.

There are also rumors that it is MSFT. However, they are already working with DELL, so my guess is that MSFT could be involved as well.

Regardless, the names being thrown around are significant players and would catch the eye of thousands of investors who know not of UNXL.

All we need is the "sooner than later" announcement to add clarity.

Hard to believe the shorts are well over 4 million, not even counting the naked shorts.

Hoping for a predawn press release tomorrow. Thursday may be too late due to the market being closed on Friday...so hopefully tomorrow so we get two trading days and a long weekend for lots of discussion.
