UNXL has yet to sell a product and a patent infringement suit is filed? Either UNXL landed their whole account or somebody's playing dirty with this stock.

Given nothing has changed regarding UNXL's business plan, there should be a lot more good news ahead. I am guessing this is a nuisance suit that will go away with some payola. However, they are naming UniBoss as the tech in question. This looks like a wild stab by a company who is probably seeing their market share shrink.
