52-Week High:Nexen, Inc. (NYSE: NXY) $26.98. Candian regulators approved CNOOC's (NYSE: CEO) proposed acquisition of Nexen late last Friday. However CEO Kevin Reinhart said today that a deal is "nowhere near done."

UniPixel, Inc. (Nasdaq: UNXL) high of $13.89. UniPixel continuing higher after announcing last Friday that it joined forces with a manufacturer of personal computers to develop and introduce products that feature next-generation touch screens based on UniPixel's UniBoss pro-cap, multi-touch sensor film. Shares are up 68 percent over the last two sessions.
