Below is update on patents from the Q2 call held July 31, 2012.

“We submitted 4 patent applications during the quarter related to our Performance Engineered Films, bringing the company's intellectual property portfolio to a total of 54 patent applications submitted, with 3 patents issued. And we have another 20-plus patents to be filed as soon as possible.”
