Who was able to buy shares at the $5.25 price? Was any average Joe Investor able to purchase? Drven, if the average investor had to buy at market then the prospectus is of no value at this point. Anticipate big increase in share price with announcements so $.75 difference will not mean so much unless one has tens of thousands of shares.
