My guess is that this offering will not hit the market until after some good news is released and that this offering will transact when the stock is valued at a much higher level by the market. There is no date referenced in the 8K that I saw for this offering to occur.
Given the conference call indicated more announcements are around the corner, look for a sharp rise in the pps over the next quarter, two or three.

Co announced public offering of 3 mln shares of common stock by the Company and two of its stockholders, The Altar Rock Fund Liquidating Trust and The Raptor Global Portfolio Liquidating Trust. Of the shares being offered, the Company is offering 1,962,920 shares and the selling stockholders are offering an aggregate 1,037,080 shares. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes. The Company will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholders. Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC is the sole book-running manager for the offering.
