Word is that there has been some sniffing around but since most of management's option packages are in the $7-10 range, it would have to be a significantly high offer from those levels....but considering there is a small market cap currently, there is a lot of room on the upside for such a decision.
However, that does not appear to me to be the direction management is headed as they are really building this business from the ground up, with a solid foundation in their patent portfolio.
Now the emphasis is towards manufacturing and distribution, as the products gain acceptance.
This is the very beginning of the growth phase. Say goodbye to the R&D years.
