One does not buy this stock based on the current numbers. This company is in transition with a restructuring (only 7.1 million shares out) and a new product line. They are about to go from an R&D stage to selling product world wide.
After presetnting at the Japan conference in November, the interest in their product jumped from a handful to 15 customer evaluations ongoing. The interest is there.
Management stated plans to book new product revenues in Q3 2012, as I recall.
I would expect announcement of new customer contracts to preceed that.
The market for the UniBoss film product is quite large, based on all things touchscreen.
I'm not sure but you might still be able to access the conference call from their website. If interested in big growth markets, it would behoove you to spend the time listening, as they said it much better than I.
Also consider they just added a new CTO who was with SAMSUNG for 30 years, on the heels of their presentation.
With such a small float and with half of the 7 million shares in the hands of institutions, I would expect large movements to the upside should the Uniboss technology become the standard in the touch screen market.
