Johnny ... I did speak to Robert Ulicki in the summer ... IMO we had a very frank discussion and I would be lying to say I am very optimistic. For what it is worth I honestly believe the new board are endeavouring to attempt to bring justice for shareholders and hold a corrupt board accountable.
I understand that is of little comfort given how dead wrong we were in our assessment previously ... if they are working in our interest, I am sure negotiations are ongoing and we all know loose lips sink ships so there is no surprise nothing is said ... I also believe the best we could hope for is somewhere around .40.
If they are not working in our interests we are TOAST. Deemed worthless would be the likely outcome.
100g's down the drain ... painful yes ... crippling no. Sadly the card are in the hands of the wrong side .... that is they our money in their pockets.
The most difficult questions the board must face is how much is enough and is the cost of altruism worth it?
