Old mgmt had not provided a single shred of evidence that anything they said or wrote could be trusted .... of course they were never foolish enough to ever disclose their intention of siphoning the entire value of what the shareholder's owned into their own pockets. We have and IMO will continue to be screwed by a process uneven in its ability to protect the innocent from the guilty.
