Johnny ... I am certainly capable of being duped again ... however ... the last board we all believe was not acting in shareholders interest.

To believe that collusion exists with the new board supporting the old board would IMO suggest this group was unbeatable in any case and bailing out before or still now is the only sane thing to do.

Working through the documentation of several years of questionable management is not easy if everything is laid out perfectly before you. I called and spoke with the current chair and he may have done a great job of pulling the wool over my eyes ... the questions you raised are valid and I would suggest you call and ask him and see to what extent he can alleviate your concerns.

No matter how you slice and dice this stock ... you can not feel good ... I don't!!!! but I would like the bastards who propsered while we suffered to feel what the other side feels.
