Back from the glory of Italia. Before departing I spoke at length with Mr. Ulicki. I left with the impression that he and the new board were aligned with my objectives given the past atrocities I believe were perpetrated by the former regime.

The news that a countersuit has been filed increases my confidence. I have nothing much to say other than they have my full support and although I have been wrong in the past, and I suspect that the lawyers will do better than the shareholder's I am pleased with our new direction.
