I agree, but given the performance of the stock price and the rich compensation IMO it should be possible (in fact shouldn't be difficult) to expose breach of fiduciary responsiblity. This applies teven if all of the records were to have been misplaced or a review of offers for the spectrum is made.

The fact is he resigned claiming the shareholders had no right to vote him off of the board as a director. In other words the democratic process called voting for representaion on the board also affected his employment with the company. Although I certainly agree he should be released I don't see how by simply being removed from the board he can claim wrongful dismissal as president.

Anyways things appear to be heading in the right direction and time will tell.
