Johnny, I wish!!!! ... in a prior post ... how did I miss this, the quitest screwing of Canadians with respect to telecommunications occurred. (Posted at the bottom)

I hate to be alarmist ... but I am not afraid to get screwed ( zero value for look and UBS) to the max so I can fight!

This situation is the biggest travesty of fairness and justice to which been which I have ever been witness (not limited to investing). It could be so bad that an entire stage was set to make Canadians believe that an auction took place to allow others in to compete while this whole deal was all concocted ... those who run the company may have sold us out or been bought by the Canadain gov't/CRTC/big 3 in telecommunications (or all combined). It slid through so quietly I never even noticed which is unusual.

MP's will not respond to me about anything ... simply put I am a dangerous but honest extermist opposed to the complete annihalation of human values and contempt for people that the gov't etc. diaply. I am dangerous because living is completely unimportant to me ... and I have no kids.

However, the receipt of the Industry Canada regulatory approval of the transaction on September 11, 2009 satisfied all remaining conditions precedent to the Agreement and required Inukshuk to pay to Look the full remaining consideration of $50 million.
