courts definitely approved the transaction but not the CRTC ... I can't see how allowing the Inukshuk group to hold that much spectrum as being anything less than anti-competitive .... the other thing is we know the UBS principal shareholders are at least as likely to want more for the spectrum then us ... even if it means they look for ways to steal whatever they can from us.
