I understand that. But the way everyone is making it sound is that they can sell the spectrum again for more money. The only way that will happen is

1. If the Court or IC does not approve the current deal and if that happens;

2. If someone has interest and is willing to pay more.

Look and UBS can sell the companies but they are not going to sell it for much. The reason the 2 companies were sought after was for the spectrum nothing else.

I hope the other assets sell fast but if the sale of spectrum goes through we may still have to wait 36 months for any funds to be distributed.
