I know I said I would not be back but these posts are all over the place.

How do you figure. If a court approves the the sale then it goes to IC. If they approve it is a done deal.

They already have a deal with Inukshuk if the court & IC approve it is a done deal. It they get both approvals they can't start selling it to the highest bidder. They have a deal!

The only way there is a chance this thing gets canceled is if either the courts or IC does not approve it because Bell & Rogers would have all or most of Ontario Spectrum.

Then you may see other bids but from what I have just seen these last 2 months it looks like no one wants to buy this "beachfront spectrum" from Look.

Eternal optimists are still looking for this thing to make a boatload of money but have we not learned anything these last 10 years.

I still have my shares and am waiting for some type of payout. So I don't lose anything and I really hope it happens but starting the million dollar hype machine all over again is not doing anyone any favours. Right now it's a matter of looking at the worst case scenario not best case. We were all looking at best case for 10 years. Look where that got us.
