I still can't get my head around this one. 
What backroom deal would make them give up a claim 
on 96Mhz of spectrum that they had just a few months 
back up'ed the lawsuit value to around a billion 
(can't remember the exact number)

A BIG piece of this puzzle has not been disclosed.
Interesting about the $4 million settlement.  
Isn't that the price required to buy back UBS Ltd??
Is it possible they stuck it to LOOK investors with bigger
plans for UBS??

Too many questions, 
and yes I'm still pi$$ed like everyone else.
