Last years auction specifically prohibitted the big 3 from bidding on certain portions of the spectrum. I think we need to get this escalated re: letters to IC and our MPs indicating our deep concern about further consolidation of control over spectrum in a country in which cell phone rates are amongst the highest in the world.

This is not good from a competition standpoint and blocking this through reduced competition may be a solid approach.
