Not that it matters but this is what he had to say when I emailed him that this was incredably disappointing. I aslo asked if the other assets were still available.

The Board made a decision based on the bids received and with the recognition that the company had been pursuing a transaction through other means before embarking on the Plan of Arrangement.

The spectrum and broadcast license were covered by this transaction. All other assets remain with Look and the company will pursue other options on those.
