The link you posted about the delayed consultations at first glance appears to be bad news, however, the precedence for conversion to BRS spectrum has already been established by Craig Wireless and their application that was approved, resulting in 1/3 spectrum given back. Any further consultation delays for forced BRS conversions of existing spectrum holders should not affect this process we are in. If anything LOOK may have a case not to give back the 1/3 since they use it for TV broadcasting and may continue doing so under a new owner. Any deal will be based on the current rules as a minimum and anything more is a bonus.

PS: The wait is getting brutal. I agree with others posting about possible news soon. The TA charts are looking better, and better for something to happen. The remaining open gap on UBS @.16 might even get closed soon also.
