It does seem rather remarkable that this process is past the 60 day mark .... I think it speaks to a lot of things :

- complexity of the transaction

- government involvment

- possible foreign competition issues

- court involvement

Of course it would be nice for it to end imminently, but what really matters is the deal gets done this time.

There will be no patience by retailers after this process.

I am very confident we will get our deal certainly by year end, and possibly by month end .... in the meantime we wait and we hope ... I stick to the number that came to me in a dream 1.32 bil ... of course my original guess was 1.2 ... but aprophet has to go with the what he receives in dreams.
