Interesting times -- lots of irons in the fire with both Look and UBS.

So, it would seem that as it stands now (before this appeal) only Rogers and MTS are possibly on the hook for monies. But, if the appeal goes in favour of UBS then some rights to the actual network will be a possibility, thus bringing BCE into the fray as an affected party.

Right now BCE is affected by legal matters only with Look.

Am I correct on this?
