Authorized Transmitters not yet in Operation?

On the other board, Al and Greens (thnx BTW) posted some good links to the government material regarding Look.

One item of interest that caught my attention (section 19 in Al's link);

Authorized transmitters not yet in operation
Belleville, Brockville, Chatham, Cobourg, Collingwood, Cornwall, Kingston, Leamington, Lindsay, Midland, Orillia, Owen Sound, Peterborough, Port Hope, Sarnia/Clearwater, Simcoe, Stratford, and Tillsonburg, Ontario.

I remember there had been discussions on these boards before about towers being built but not much detail. This makes the tower count double what I had thought, and the coverage that much greater. It seems we have an asset with an authorized infrastucture that can be up and running for the new buyer(s) / partner(s) in a very short timeframe that will cover most of the Montreal / Windsor corridor and more.

This asset is worth a lot to any new entrant. Time from purchase to revenue generation will be relatively short. Hopefully the purchase price will be that much higher and reflect that value.
