No kidding Edward -- this bullsh*t is sickening. The bids must've been in "German Enigma Code", and they couldn't decipor them because they couldn't find a decoder machine. Unbelievable really.

On a glimmer of hope note, it is interesting to see that Quebecor's Peladeau is in Toronto today.
