Well we all new when this would happen but this is from Peter Block again.

"The bids submitted were in force for 21 days, which yes, is today. Gerry McGoey indicated at the AGM that the company considers this day “material” regardless of what action is or is not taken, so the company will issue a news release to report on the material development. This will be done as soon as possible and the company typically issues releases within 24 hours of a material development occurring.
