Does it say in stone that "wimax" spectrum is valued at .35 per whatever, especially when one considers that the spectrum from the AWS auction in the summer garnered $1.50. Afterall, this spectrum is suitable for LTE going forward as well, and if voice is becoming commoditized (the spectrum from the AWS is only good for voice, and text, no?) and the 2.5 GHz stuff is going to allow for more applications and innovation shouldn't the value be increasing. Honestly, I have no background in this other than common sense.
