No, upon further thought, it does make sense (cold beer helps me thing clearer, LOL) -- it would put us close to $2.00 per share, and I've already stated that I'd be quite ecstatic with that (anything over would be pure gravy). But, and a big but, in an auction (especially a sealed bid auction) you would think that somebody with lots to lose (ie. those imbeciles I talked about) would bid a little bit higher than perceived "fair market" value just to ensure that they're not going to take a substantial market cap. haircut in the future. Afterall, those 18 million people are only going to have ONE provider at a time, right?
