UBS will not hold up the sale process .... they have pre-agreed to allow LOOK's collateral upon which the debenture was secured to be sold ... given the expected rise in share price, I would expect they will exercise the debentures convertibility to shares and realize the larger gain for which they made the investement and fully diluting the number of shares outstanding.
