agreed sox ... this is way more complicated then it seems ... shares in another company is great ...depending on if during these extraordinarily difficult business conditions the shares are properly valuated ... cash is great but the taxman will want to dig deep in all of our pockets for "their share" .... we obviously have bids that we can work with, but each one of them have their individual stength and weaknesses ... what is best is a tricky .. very tricky thing to evaluate ... glad I was a recent byer at .20 .... could be a mistake ... could also be the smartest thing I did this year ....

we shall see .... patience is a virtue for many reasons .... it can also be very profitable.
