What are the odds of "Private UBS" going public on the TSX, with some spectrum, they have just so happened to have aquired? Joint announcement at the TSX on the same day as the "Public UBS" AGM......

This may be the reason for the price decline, no???? S.P. drop of 50% (although, with no real volume) makes one think something weird is up!!!
