....I do share some of your thoughts with regards to the venue of the AGM. Few companies are so brave to do such. To take one week to review a couple bids don't add up also and no bids takes no time to evaluate since they've been through this before.

The mere fact that UBS/LOK life line depends on the outcome of this transaction, they would definitely play by the rule. All eyes are on them and credibility is a big issue to prove.

Feb 25th, hopefully the voice of the Big-4 would be heard and foot prints would be implanted on King St.... :))) If not we'll all get high on free coffee....lol...
