Your right I know this spectrum is worth a lot even if it is not probably going top go for the full pop. But the hair on the back of my neck is on end. Just nerves.

By the way you mentioned in one of your posts that if the deals do not go through Look would still get the 10% deposit. I don't think it works that way.

If Look says no go to any of the offers they don't keep the 10%. If that were the case Look would do these every couple of years accept none and keep the deposits.
