I believe they are closed on both sides of the border ... It is family day in Ontario, so I expect the markets are closed ... and tomorrow, before open trade will be halted due to pending news. I would not anticipate trading will resume until a clear announcement regarding the selected bid is made.

Too much potential for insider trading and I do not believe managment wants anything but to be squeaky clean on this one .... the stakes are way too high.
