Hypothetically speaking, let's say for instance Rogers (or whoever for that matter) has submitted a bid of $900 million and they (upper management) let their friends and family, etc. (ie. insiders) in on the "little secret".
BUT, they can't really act on it because there is nothing saying that Look BOD is going to select their bid, so they're in limbo so to speak.
So in a twisted way even leaks are no guarantee in this particular sales process.
Thoughts?
P.S. Orgy, I was googling St. Martin today -- pretty darn georgeous!!! I assume that you're in the French part, not the Dutch part -- interesting reading on how the French and the Dutch agreed on the partition line (a little hint -- it involved alcohol). I have one question for you though -- do you have any pain in the vicinity of your right side at the lower end of your rib cage when you come home from there? LOL. I'm just having an $8.00 bottle of Chilean merlot from LCBO right now, and it's not half bad :)
