Those who want/need a quick "up" on the share price will want an all cash sale. Not likely as you mentioned in this market, but still possible.

My preferred outcome is still for UBS and a Big partner to buy LOOK. UBS already owns approx. half of Look and they could retain the same amount of the spectrum and/or a smaller % and get some cash/shares in the process. This would set UBS for viability as a strong business going forward. There could even be multiple partners (ie. for the mobile TV, and for the Wimax/LTE spectrum usage).

And where would the share price go if something like this happens. It might be slower to move up initially, but sooner or later with a steady revenue stream, can you say "Booya" !!

PS: The UBS ltd website video makes me think that a potential deal is already in the works for the Look mobile TV asset, since it is the only existing license for mobile TV broadcast in the Windsor / Montreal corridor. JMHO. ... Or maybe its just old footage ... ;)
