Spock ... that's the spirit or should I be saying spirits ... so many fine euro beers ... but I have to be honest ... after having tasted at least 100 beers from around the world ... and retasted them ... something about sleeman's india pale ale with the extra hops giving a liitle more bitter is hard to beat ... their dark is also very worthwhile ... neither one gimmicky ... just very fine beers that suit my palate .... and can you imagine I could walk to the plant from my office in about 10 minutes ....

making my mouth water .... was invested in the brick brewery for awhile but dumped those holdings and bought this obscure company called ubs.
