Pretty clear that the ongoing and increasing loss from operations points to LOOK and UBS to be unsustainable in the long term. Without an immediate and substantial injection of capital into the company ... the compant's value would eventually hit .07 and less.
Thus before the company becomes insolvent it is clear management took the proactive move to either 1 get financing for expansion to have the critical mass and advertising to be through ongoing operations ... or two liquidating the company froma position of strength (not insolvent).
Last years auction demostrtaed value in the spectrum .... better to realize it now then in chapter 7.
1) What the offer is and 2) what is done with the proceeds remains to be seen.
Given the number of companies involved ... I'd say value between 500 mil to 2 bil ... my guess is 1.25 bil ... closest number above that guessed in response wins a bottle of Dom at the agm assuming it is cashed out (look ceases to exist and proceeds are either a dividend or shares in exchange).
If I am on the low side, and we cash out or get shares of another company in exchange for our shares ... enjoy the Dom!
