Message: Fascinating Rhetoric

Not many companies operate without some form of legal issues. The financial statements of LOOK disclose all risks/possible wins that could be before the courts at some time.

I'm not sure to which issue you allude, but my review of them gives me no reason to be concerned that the courts would need to be involved in the sale of some of the assets, or that there would be a restriction on the sale of the assets of any sort.

If the best offer was to buy all of LOOK the lawsuits and their potential would continue to exist until such time they were settled. Of course the new parent company would be the winner/loser of the claims disclosed.

maak, despite the fact I think we have grossly undervalued assets, if I were you, I would not invest more than I could afford to lose on this company, and I would sell my shares when I was satisfied with my return ... of course thats easy for me to say given the DD I have done on this company.
