The Ads in the newspapers were listed today are on their website http://www.look.ca/en/maximizingshar... but are not that impressive. Listed in the legal section, it looks more like a legal requirement being fulfilled rather than advertising. Points even more towards a potential deal all but inked. This court process looks like it is being used just to prevent lawsuits. Not that its a problem, reducing chances of being sued is still a good thing.

Still hoping for that Ace in the hole to finally show up. Share price will still go north, just maybe not until after the announcement.
