If ever there was a worthwhile case for libel, in my opinion there are posters on that site (the other BB) who could be called into question. Why doesn’t someone in the organization put a little scare into such snot noses?

Given the postings are published for view and it knocks the leadership of our organization to "warn" possible shareholder's ... it could be we have a suit against that poster or his employer (wouldn't that be a sweet thing to take one of those companies down who do this for aliving) for suppressing our share price.
