That makes sense and is a good point. Personally I tend to think most of the players have a sizable position and more than likely also have sufficient options etc to buy at an even lower price ... often it is a good sign when people take options etc instead of cash as compensation since it is clear they believe in the profit potential.

It will be interesting in any case ... I predict the company is given the go ahead to negotiate (not really stepping out on a limb here) and the fun begins shortly thereafter.
